The treatment is light and clean in blue and white, modern and bold but premium and understated, with a technical typographic feel and subtle motion. The fee is an agreed fixed all-in figure of LKR 45,000.

Scope of work

Phase 01

Discovery

We confirm the page narrative and section order, collect the logo, presentation content, project photographs and group contact details, and agree the enquiry form fields with Mr. Prem. Communication runs on WhatsApp and email.

Days 1 to 2

Phase 02

Design: 3 prototype concepts, pick 1, up to 2 revision rounds

We present three prototype concepts for the landing page direction in light and clean blue and white with a technical typographic feel. You select one, and we run up to two revision rounds on it. Your approval of the selected concept releases the 30% invoice of LKR 13,500 and starts development.

Days 3 to 6

Phase 03

Development

We build the approved design in Next.js and React: responsive layouts, light and dark themes, accessibility, photo gallery slider, subtle professional motion, on-page SEO and metadata, and the enquiry form wired to your email. You review on a live staging link, and refinements to the approved design are included.

Week 2

Phase 04

Launch

We deploy to your existing domain and hosting with SSL, test the enquiry form end to end, and hand over files, access and a short walkthrough on settlement of the final 70% of LKR 31,500.

End of week 2

Phase 05

Aftercare

Defects are fixed at no charge for 30 days after launch. Your first 5 change requests are free, then LKR 6,000 per change request, quoted first where the work spans several requests.

How payment & changes work

Payment is staged 30/70: 30% on design approval (development begins; this also covers the discovery and 3 prototype concepts delivered in the design stage), 70% on delivery before final handover.
Design delivers 3 prototype concepts; you pick 1, then we run up to 2 revision rounds on it. Refinements to the approved design during development are included.
New pages, features or changes requested after delivery are billable, quoted first as a written change order, and invoiced once the change is completed; approved change orders may adjust the timeline.
Aftercare: the first 5 change requests are free, then LKR 6,000 per change request. Additional requirements are quoted per item, or LKR 20,000 per working day.
A 30-day post-launch warranty covers defects at no charge (new features excluded); ongoing hosting and care is available as a monthly plan.
Intellectual property transfers to you on full payment. Once the SOW is signed the price is fixed unless you request additional pages or requirements.

Next steps

Confirm this proposal and sign the Services Agreement and SOW, then send the logo, the presentation content and the project photographs so we can start discovery this week. There is no payment on signing. Once Mr. Prem approves one of the three concepts we invoice 30%, being LKR 13,500, development begins, and the remaining 70%, being LKR 31,500, falls due on delivery before final handover. The schedule holds if content and approvals come back within a day of request.
