One primary long-scroll landing page presenting Ecomech Engineering Lanka and its group context, covering hero, about and history, engineering capabilities and products, process, key figures, a completed project photo gallery with slider, group contact details for Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka, and an enquiry form wired to your email. Light and clean blue and white treatment with a technical typographic feel, subtle professional motion, English only, on your existing domain and hosting. The fee is an agreed fixed all-in figure of LKR 45,000 and includes three prototype design concepts, selection of one plus up to two revision rounds, responsive build, light and dark themes, accessibility, and deployment.

Payment terms

30% on design approval: LKR 13,500. Falls due once you approve the design; development begins once it is settled. It covers the discovery and the 3 prototype concepts delivered in the design stage.
70% on delivery: LKR 31,500. Due on delivery, payable before final handover.
Included: 3 prototype concepts, selection plus up to 2 revision rounds, and refinements to the approved design during development.
New pages, features or changes requested after delivery are quoted first as a written change order and invoiced once that change is completed.
Aftercare: the first 5 change requests are free, then LKR 6,000 per change request; additional requirements are quoted per item or LKR 20,000 per working day.
A 30-day post-launch warranty covers defects at no charge. Intellectual property transfers to you on full payment. Once signed the price is fixed unless you add pages or requirements.

Notes

The price is a fixed all-in figure for the single landing page and assumes you supply the logo, the presentation content, project photographs and the group contact details, with Mr. Prem as sole approver. Copy is a mix: you send notes and we polish, we do not research or write content from scratch. Excluded unless quoted separately as additional requirements: photography, retouching or sourcing of images, a filterable project database, downloadable capability statements or document portals, CRM or ERP integration, additional languages, and any page beyond the single landing page. Pages added after signing are quoted first as a written change order on the page base rate with a phase multiplier: Design x1, Development x1.4, late development or pre-launch x1.8.
