The estimate assumes you supply company text, project details and usable photographs of completed installations. Costs move upward if we write or restructure the copy, retouch or source site photography, build a filterable project database, add multilingual content, or if the enquiry form needs to feed a CRM, generate PDF capability statements, or handle document downloads for tender panels. The contingency covers only minor post-development adjustments. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted as a written change order before we build it.

Complete the short discovery questionnaire, including the industry questions below, and we will convert this into a fixed, itemised quotation with a delivery schedule. There is no upfront payment: after you approve one of the three design concepts we invoice 30%, with the remaining 70% due on delivery before final handover. Up to two revision rounds on the selected concept are included at design stage, refinements to the approved design during development are included, a 30-day defect warranty follows launch, and aftercare covers your first 5 change requests free, then LKR 6,000 per change request.
